Jeffrey DeArmond Bio Co-Founder

Jeffrey DeArmond was the first born into a large family as an identical twin in Miami Beach Florida. When Jeffrey turned 15 years old he began a part time professional career as a French Chef while going through high school. In 1981 he started his full time professional career as a dedicated French Chef at Sofitel Luxury Hotels in Minneapolis MN. Within a few years Jeff quickly rose to the top of the restaurant industry. He still loves to cook for family and friends and will gladly share recipes.

In 1986 AKA Jeff la'Chef completed Salisbury University Perdue School of Business and took off his white Chef's jacket and put on a suit to begin his new sales and marketing career in the Yellow Page Directory industry with R.H. Donnelley Corporation. Now known as Dex One Corporation. He quickly received unprecedented promotions as Rookie of the Year then into Sales Management for several years. Jeffrey received a full scholarship and completed the Harvard Executive Educational Program where he studied Business Strategy, Marketing Management, Leadership and change.

In 1989 Jeffrey was recruited by Thomas Register Of American Manufacturers, as the Director of Internet Marketing where he spent the next 12 years. In 1994 Thomas Register assigned Jeffrey the lead role in developing, managing and sales training for the online version now known as ThomasNet.com. Jeffrey's passion for Internet marketing excellence began to develop and became recognized worldwide in 1994.

In 2001 after spending 12 years with Thomas Register, Verizon Information Services was founded that year and needed a tested senior Internet marketing specialist for their new online directory SuperPages.com. Jeffrey played a key lead role in launching and developing SuperPages.com into a hundred million dollar entity and brand. While in this key role he hired and mentored his current partner Christopher Whitfield.

In 2003 Jeffrey was recruited by YellowPages.com as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Within 11 months from the time Jeffrey started his position YellowPages.com sold to SBC Communications and Bell South for $110,000,000.00. This was an another historic achievement in the world of Internet marketing and Jeffrey's Internet marketing career. Jeffrey retired from the Yellow Page / IYP industry forever because he saw the end coming for all Yellow Page companies.

In 2004 Jeffrey was recruited by Triad Retail Media as Vice President of Sales and SEO. Jeffrey helped pioneer and revolutionize the big box retail interactive media industry with www.Walmart.com which is now a hundred million dollar a year industry. Jeffrey was unanimously voted and selected as an exclusive member of the worldwide Internet Oldtimers Foundation, one of only 450 members worldwide who are considered the world thought leaders in the digital marketing space. Fortune 500 companies engage the Internet Oldtimers Foundation as a sounding board for new Internet marketing initiatives.

In 2005 Jeffrey ventured over to Sendtec Inc. now known as Acquirgy as the Vice President of SEO and originated another historic interactive media partnership with HomeDepot.com featured in the Wallstreet Journal. In 2007 Jeffrey originated another historic retail interactive media partnership with Walgreens.com

In 2009 Jeffrey co-founded Best Edge SEO, Inc. with his partner Christopher Whitfield. Their goal is to build the best SEO Company in the world. Already they have achieved earning more clients in the Florida and North Carolina markets than any other SEO company.
